Who are we?

We are an online based pet select store that collects limited quality products all over the world and bring them to you.

Where do we ship to?

For the moment, we are only available in Malaysia, we might extend our services to other country in future.

Shipment fee

We use flat-rate shipping of RM10 (West Malaysia) , RM20 (East Malaysia) for orders below RM100 and Free shipping for orders above RM100. 

Shipment method

We will be using Citylink, FMX or Poslaju depends on different zones in Malaysia to ensure reaches you in the fastest efficient way. 

Payment

by iPay88 terminal or direct contact us with online transfer

Cancel order / Change order / Returns

Order cancellation and refund are not available after the purchase were made. However change of order can be made only within the same range of products and price with different colours / patterns (while stock last) before the items were shipped.

Order status / Track order

All orders will be processed ship within 1 to 3 business days of purchase (after transaction confirmed) and estimated delivery time within Malaysia is 3 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be given through buyer’s email. Note that during festive or holiday season, shipping duration might take longer than expected.
