Cancel order / Change order / Returns
Order cancellation and refund are not available after the purchase were made. However change of product item can be made only within the same range of products and price with different colours / patterns (while stock last) before the items were shipped by contacting directly to our whatsapp number +60183827283 with your name and order ID.
Damaged, defective orders, incorrect items & order errors
If an item in your order arrived in a damaged or defective / error condition, you can submit a return request to our email within 7 days after receiving the items to receive a replacement item (while stock last), refund or cash voucher.
1. Do send us an email to email@example.com with the information and descriptions along with your order ID and name.
2. You will need to provide a photo when submitting the request so that we may verify the damage/error.
3. Once we received your return request , you will received a notice for further process.
4. We also required the customers to ship the items back with within the shipping fee amount we provide and the shipping fee will be refund to the customers.
*Emails that fail to provide correct information shall be ignored.
